1 Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how GamzBerry ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications ("Apps") published on the Google Play Store. This Policy applies to all GamzBerry applications and any related services.
By downloading or using any GamzBerry application, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Apps and uninstall them from your device.
This Policy covers:
- What personal data (if any) GamzBerry collects directly.
- What data third-party advertising partners may collect.
- How payments are handled.
- Your rights under applicable privacy laws worldwide.
- How to contact us with questions or requests.
2 Data We Collect Directly
GamzBerry does not directly collect any personal data from users of our Apps. Specifically, we do not collect, transmit, or store:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
- Your government-issued ID numbers, social security numbers, or passport details.
- Your financial information including credit or debit card numbers or bank account details.
- Your precise or approximate GPS location.
- Your health or biometric data.
- Your contacts, calendar, or call logs.
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings from your device.
- Browsing history or search history.
- User-generated content uploaded to GamzBerry servers (we have none).
Our Apps do not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind. No data is transmitted to GamzBerry's own servers because we do not operate servers that receive user data.
Automatically Collected Technical Data
Please note that while GamzBerry itself does not collect data, certain technical data may be collected automatically by the Android operating system, the Google Play Store, or integrated third-party SDKs (see Section 3 โ Advertising Networks). This may include device type, OS version, and crash report data if you opt in to Google's crash reporting service. This data is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.
3 Advertising Networks
To keep our Apps free of charge, GamzBerry integrates third-party advertising SDKs into some of our Apps. These advertising partners may collect certain non-personal and pseudonymous data to deliver relevant advertisements and measure their effectiveness. GamzBerry does not control what these networks collect; their activities are governed by their own privacy policies.
The advertising networks we work with may include one or more of the following:
Google AdMob / Google Ads
Google's mobile advertising platform. May collect Advertising ID, device info, and interaction data for ad personalization and measurement.

Most advertising networks use your device's Advertising ID (GAID on Android) โ a unique, resettable identifier separate from your personal identity. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- On Android: go to Settings โ Privacy โ Ads โ Delete advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalization (earlier versions).

Ad Personalization in the EU/EEA/UK
In the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom, advertising networks are required to obtain your consent before serving personalized ads under the GDPR and UK GDPR. GamzBerry has implemented (where required) a Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant with the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) to collect such consent. You may update your preferences at any time via the in-app settings or consent banner.
4 In-App Purchases & Payments
GamzBerry does not process, handle, or store any payment information. All in-app purchases and payment transactions are handled entirely and exclusively by Google Play Billing, a service operated by Google LLC.
When you make a purchase within one of our Apps, your payment details (credit/debit card, PayPal, gift cards, etc.) are submitted directly to Google's secure payment infrastructure. GamzBerry never receives, sees, or stores your payment credentials, billing address, or financial information.

5 Children's Privacy
GamzBerry is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Apps are designed for a general audience; some may be specifically targeted at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).
COPPA (USA โ Children Under 13)
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Apps designated for children in the Google Play Store use Google Play's Families Policy and are configured to show non-personalized, content-appropriate advertisements only, where applicable.
GDPR-K / Age of Digital Consent (EU/EEA)
Under GDPR, the age of digital consent ranges from 13 to 16 depending on the member state. Our Apps do not collect personal data, and we configure advertising appropriately based on the app's target audience designation on Google Play.
Apps Designed for Children
For any App designated as "Designed for Families" on the Google Play Store:
- We only work with advertising partners certified under Google Play's Families Ads Program for child-directed apps.
- Personalized advertising is disabled.
- No behavioral tracking is enabled.
- We comply with COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, and all other applicable child privacy laws.

6 Third-Party Services & SDKs
In addition to advertising networks, our Apps may include the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:
Google Play Services
Required by the Android ecosystem. Google Play Services may collect device telemetry, crash data (if enabled), and app usage metrics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase (by Google)
Some Apps may use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, or Firebase Analytics for aggregated app analytics. These tools may collect pseudonymous usage data. See Firebase Privacy Documentation.
Game Center / Achievements
If an App integrates with Google Play Games Services for leaderboards or achievements, your Google Play Games profile information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
GamzBerry is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country or region of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. Since GamzBerry does not directly collect personal data, most of these rights would be exercised with the respective third-party service (e.g., Google, advertising networks). However, we are committed to assisting you where possible.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the above rights regarding data collected by third-party advertisers integrated in our Apps, please contact those parties directly using the links provided in Section 3. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days).
8 Global Privacy Regulations Compliance
GamzBerry respects and complies with applicable privacy laws across all jurisdictions where our Apps are available. Below is a summary of key regulations and how we address them:
GDPR
EU General Data Protection Regulation. We implement lawful basis for processing, consent for personalized ads, and support all GDPR data subject rights.
UK GDPR
Post-Brexit equivalent of GDPR. We apply the same protections for UK users as for EU users under GDPR.
CCPA / CPRA
California Consumer Privacy Act & California Privacy Rights Act. We honor opt-out of sale of data and support all CCPA consumer rights.
COPPA
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect personal data from children under 13 and configure child-directed ads appropriately.
State Privacy Laws
Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas, Florida, Oregon, Montana, and other US state laws. We honor applicable consumer rights.
LGPD
Lei Geral de Proteรงรฃo de Dados (Brazil). We comply with LGPD's principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and user rights.
PIPEDA / Bill C-27
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and its successor. We comply with Canadian privacy obligations.
Privacy Act 1988
Australia's federal privacy law. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for any data handled.
APPI
Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan). We respect Japanese users' rights regarding personal information handling.
PIPL
Personal Information Protection Law (China). We ensure lawful processing and respect data subject rights for users in China.
DPDPA 2023
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We recognize the rights of Indian data principals and handle data in compliance with DPDPA.
PIPA
Personal Information Protection Act (South Korea). We comply with Korea's strict data protection obligations.
POPIA
Protection of Personal Information Act (South Africa). We process personal information lawfully and transparently as required by POPIA.
PDPA
Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore). We comply with Singapore's data protection obligations and the Do Not Call provisions.
PDPA Malaysia
Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We handle Malaysian users' data in accordance with its seven principles.
PDPA Thailand
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We obtain appropriate consent and respect Thai users' data rights.
UAE PDPL
UAE Federal Decree-Law on Personal Data Protection. We comply with UAE data protection obligations for users in the region.
African Union CDPP
The AU Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection. We support compliance with emerging African data protection frameworks.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
For advertising networks serving EU/UK users, the legal bases relied upon include consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for personalized advertising and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention and security. Consent is collected through an IAB TCF-compliant CMP at first App launch.
9 Data Retention
Since GamzBerry does not collect personal data directly, we do not maintain data retention schedules for user personal data on our own systems. All game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device only and can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
For data retained by third-party advertising networks, please refer to their respective privacy policies linked in Section 3. Typically, advertising identifiers and event data may be retained for 13โ24 months depending on the provider and applicable law.
10 Security
Because GamzBerry does not operate servers that receive or store user personal data, the risk surface for data breaches at our end is minimal. We follow Android development security best practices including:
- Using only HTTPS/TLS for any network communications.
- Keeping our SDKs and dependencies updated to address known vulnerabilities.
- Requesting only the minimum Android permissions necessary to operate each App.
- Following Google Play's security guidelines and developer policies.
Please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. For data held by our third-party partners, their own security measures apply.
11 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Post the updated policy on the Google Play Store listing for the relevant App(s).
- Where required by law, notify users through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of our Apps after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
